1.Standards We Aim to Follow

We aim to improve accessibility and usability in alignment with generally recognized accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), where practical.

The U.S. Department of Justice's 2024 Title II web accessibility rule uses WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the technical standard for state and local government web and mobile content. Although that rule may not directly apply to all private businesses, WCAG 2.1 AA is a useful benchmark for accessible web design.

2.Accessibility Features We Aim to Support

  • Readable text
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation where practical
  • Descriptive links
  • Sufficient color contrast where practical
  • Screen-reader-friendly page structure where practical
  • Text-based training options where available
  • Alternatives for inaccessible content upon request

3.Known Limitations

Some third-party tools, embedded content, payment pages, scheduling links, or external platforms may not be fully controlled by Morgan Signing House LLC.

4.Requesting Assistance

If you experience difficulty accessing content, email hmorgan@morgansigninghouse.com with the page or material you tried to access, the problem you experienced, your preferred contact method, and the format or accommodation requested. We will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance or an accessible alternative.
